I’m proud to be a spirited and supportive member of this incredible team. Uplifting others and pouring into our community is my daily mission, both personally and professionally.

My journey began across the pond in the UK, where I earned a BSc in Occupational Therapy. Community involvement has always been central to who I am, and I’ve carried that passion into every stage of my career—building impactful, lasting relationships along the way.

After returning to the States in 2002, I began my real estate career as an Acquisition Director for a property developer. That path quickly led me into the mortgage industry, where I found a passion for finance. In the wake of the recession, I added “Realtor” to my professional toolkit and have never looked back. Today, I proudly serve as a Real Estate Broker in two states and a Mortgage Broker across eight.

Beyond work, I’m a proud mother to a son and daughter, and an honored grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren. My husband, Kevin Huggins—a retired Marine Veteran—has been my rock for the past twelve years. Together, we walked through my two-year battle with cancer. His strength and my family’s love give me purpose every day, and remind me why every ‘next day’ is a gift worth working for.

Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with agents across the country. One thing remains clear: education and communication are essential in real estate. I’m passionate about making sure agents and clients alike understand their financing options and feel empowered throughout the process.
