Kati was amazing from day one. Her response time is quick and she listened to our needs of "must" for homes. Kati is also very savvy when it comes to home knowledge. She pointed out things like defects we may need to consider. Lots of good advice from Kati. I was very glad to have her in my corner during our home purchase.

Chasity recently represented me in finding a condo for my mother. At the time both my mother and I lived out of state. She was able to locate what turned out to be the perfect place for my mom in Bermuda Run. A real estate transaction of this sort, being out of town, can be difficult yet she was of great assistance. She made numerous visits to the unit and many inquiries regarding renovations. She found a contractor for us who has done an excellent job at a reasonable price.
