I would like to first off say WOW! Chasity went above and beyond everything in her job title to help me with a purchase of a property! She is one heck of a negotiator and gote everything I wanted AND MORE!!!!! I’m still shocked and in disbelief regarding what all I received as a very young, first time home buyer! $4,000 in closing costs, a brand new refrigerator, washer, dryer, AND A ZERO TURN LAWN MOWER! The perfect first home starter package. I couldn’t be happier with the peace of mind of all the add ins so I don’t have to worry about purchasing anything else right now, I’m all set to welcome my first baby girl home, within the next 9 weeks.
